Lowest reliable P6/225 main/hammer spring?

Hello,
I am trying to determine what pound spring to use to lighten the rather heavy DA pull in my P6. How light can I go while maintaining 100% reliability?

I bought the kit from Wolff, and I installed the 17#. Haven't had any trouble yet. I'll probably put the 18# in the P6 I carry.

#18 in mine w/ no problems.

I put the lightest spring that came in the Wolff calibration pack (16 or 17 lb can't remember). It is too light. I get about one nonfire in every 100 pack of WWB.

#17 will cause light strikes. I personally would not go lower than 18#

I personally would not go lighter then a P225 spring!

I got a 19# from topgunsupply. it worls great and no light strikes.
