I went and traded for a Urika AL 391 20 gauge shotgun. Got the case,
5 chokes and seems to be in like new condition.
I have no manual and was told to put little to no oil on the gun up around the gas chamber and action where the forearm goes ?? I have always oiled mine pretty good but have never owned one of these models. This sound correct to everyone?
I gave it a good cleaning , just wondering if I over oiled this model.

You're welcome.

I've overoiled everything for decades. I'm trying to improve, but it's slow going because I have a rust phobia. ;)

The manual does say to lubricate the outside of the magazine tube and the bolt rails in the receiver. Based on personal experience and the experience of many others who shoot the Beretta autos in sporting clays competition, the concensus is to shoot them WET with lubricant. IMO, it's better to err on the side of too much lubricant than too little. When the parts are wet with lubricant, you can just wipe them off with a paper towel when cleaning.

BTW, Breakfree CLP is usually the preferred lubricant.
