First part of August I returned my trigger shoe back to LWD for a faulty trigger safety spring. Shipped it with a tracking number so I would know if and when they received it. Said item was delivered on the 12th of this month. As of late this afternoon still nothing! Not so such as a note to say we got your part, we are looking into what failed, owner/installer error, drop dead we already got your money, NOTHING.
After several attempts to contact LWD I did (finally) get someone to pick up! After a few minutes on hold, I was told my trigger shoe was showing up in the armory department! And they would be contacting me shortly.
This is so out of their norm one would have to wonder IF in fact “Lenny and Company” bought LWD out. I’ve never experienced this kind of service from LWD in the past. Hopefully it’s just been an oversight at their end.
