Lyman 403169 245 grain cast bullet

From this, you can see that the aforementioned bullet is listed as being .406 inch. Why? My understanding is that Lyman bullet numbering is of the following format: first three digits is diameter and the last three digits is the mold produced by Lyman in chronological order. Shouldn't this be the 169th produced by Lyman, of 406 diameter, or 406169???
