Lyman All American QUESTIONS

I have aquired a 1970's :banghead: Lyman All American turret press with various dies and shell holders numbered J1, J7, J19. I am familiar with Lee and RCBS presses but there are parts that I can't identify. Is there a manual and shell holders available?

WHOA!!!! It seems I just resurrected the old thread from 2004, in an effort to reply to the question on THIS thread. Sorry 'bout that, but the info is still good (I hope).
