M&P 357 Sig

I have an S&W M&P 40, and a 40c, can i buy a 357 sig barrel for either or both of them and shoot 357 sig. i know the mags are the same, is the recoil spring the same? would i need to change anything else?

Putting in the new barrel is enough. But changing the recoil spring is a good idea too, even though it might not really be necessary.

The recoil spring is the same for the M&P 9, 40 and .357.
