The M&P 9L and the M&P 9 Pro look the same. What's the difference?

$758 and $830 are the MSRP respectively.

I see there is also a .40 Pro now as-well.

Anyone here own any of these? What's the experience?

I think I heard that all the M&P were going to have the opportunity to come out of the Performance Center for some $$ more.

Isn't it the performance center trigger job?

I think that is the case but there is nothing on the website nor literature to justify the Pro moniker. It has Novak sights and says it has a "smooth" trigger.

Guess that means the other M&Ps are the standard gritty trigger? ;)

Guess I'll have to wait until I run into one and dry fire it to see if it worth the extra money.

it's a better Performance Center trigger and a FO front sight.

the 9L has a MIM sear, while the Pro has a machined sear.

if you are going to shoot it out of the box, get the Pro.

Thanks Quack. You have confirmed what I suspected.

I may wait for the all PC Models option to come out. Maybe get a 4 inch instead of 5 inch 9.
