M14 Gunsmith in Houston?

Hi,

Looking for a smith shop in Houston/Spring/Woodlands/Conroe, preferably north side, that can work on M14's.

I have a real quick job...I need a bolt stop on an LRB M14 replaced but it requires vices and punches that I don't have. Is there anyone in the area that might be willing to take on this quick but somewhat tedious task?
