A .32 can would work, I imagine a .308 can would be a little of an over kill, cause rifle cans are bit over built for a pistol

I ("elitearbor" on YT) used a 9x19 silencer. Worked fine.

I'm not certain that your first sentence was in English. What were you trying to say? I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. :)

Yep, using 9mm can on mine as well - sounds just a touch louder than a suppressed 22LR

PTK you are a bad inflence - thank you

I now have made 1895 Nagant Revolver and had my M38 Mosin Nagant threaded.

Working on SMLE 45 ACP bolt gun and reworking a 9mm Largo Spanish Destroyer Carbine.

I was thinking about a Mosin Nagant (heck only 89.99) converted to 44 Special and suppressed - any thoughts

PTK, who threaded yours? I already bought a Nag revolver just to use with my 7.62 suppressor.

Hey they already done conversions to 450 Marlin, 45-70 and 444 Marlin on Mosin Nagant's not to mention made them "tactical" Fuggly sticks

and 44 mag is very similar rim to 7.62x54R
