M1A Scout Squad or Noveske N4 Recce AR15? The time has come b4 hell is unleashed....

That's right - soon firearms will be restricted or confiscated. I can only afford one of these beauties...question is which one. Please help me make the choice. Purpose would be HD. Please vote in the poll and vote on Tuesday. God Bless.

The Noveske is a lot of gun, but is a hell of a lot of money. You could probably get both style guns if you chose a lesser AR.

I voted for the N4 solely because a .308 might cause problems with penetration. But if you live in an area where that isn't a big problem, go for the M1A.

The Noveske is a very nice custom AR however, the Springfield Scout is just a short barreled M1A.
Consider a custom MK14 or 18.0" M14SE from SEI. SEI's quality is on par with or better than Noveske.

Choosing one over the other will be tough, consider mags, ammo, optics etc...
Then look at the caliber and decide what will work best for your particular needs.

M1A. That way, when it gets confiscated, your feelings won't be hurt as much when you look at how much money you lost. Also, +1 on maybe getting a step down for the AR and get a Stag or Bushmaster instead, and the M1A. Have both guns for the cost of probably one dressed-up Noveske

I voted for the scout. And +1 for lots of ammo. If you want a 5.56 I would suggest also considering the LWRC rifle. Runs good, lasts long time, period.
