One of my M44 US fires when closing the bolt or if the safety is on and there is movement of the trigger when pulled. Any fix for this?

Do you mean that the rifle fires if you close the bolt hard, or that the firing pin falls as you close the bolt? The first could indicate short headspace, the other means the sear is not holding. Unless you are familiar with the gun, I recommend the services of a gunsmith.

Yep , dont fiddle with the trigger , safe on or off . Your post wasnt clear , but my best advise is .. finger off the trigger no matter what , and all guns are loaded all the time . Your m44 may well have problems , but from the info given i dont think anyone can guess them .

Take your bolt out and inspect the firing pin area for excess cosmoline(sp). It sounds like something maybe lodged behind the fireing pin. Also you might try some break cleaner on the bolt assembly.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I will try the cleaning first and then take the bolt apart. I ordered a new firing pin just in case.
At the range all I remember is that I would close the bolt and sometimes it would fire a little bit afterwards. I also had a probrlam when moving the safety. I will reeplace the trigger and extractor assembly and see if that does anything.
