M69 .22 trainer

Have anyone of you had any problems with your m69. Me and my daughter just came back from the shooting range. My daughter goes to cycle the bolt and the bolt comes completely out of the receiver. She was cycling it like it was an elephant gun, but the lock should have stopped it. This is not the first time this has happened. I have had it for 11 years and have fired thousands of rounds through it. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

its proly been used about 1 million times , and has some wear, plus the release could be sticky. Also remember to never dry fire one of those. easily breaks the firing pin.

One of mine does that, usually when the release gets sticky.
