Does it matter where i put the stamps on the back of my MA hunting licence?

I know not to put them on the tags but if you have bow, primitive, duck turkey....
where do u put them all?

I have absolutely no experience (w/ hunting in MA), but I googled 'Mass hunting regulations' and found the Mass Wildlife Migratory Bird Regulations for 2006 - 07 Season PDF
http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dfw/dfwpdf/dfw_migbird_regs.pdf

It states: "STAMPS - Each waterfowl hunter 16 years or older must carry on
his person a valid federal waterfowl stamp and each hunter 15 years
or older must carry a valid Massachusetts waterfowl stamp. Both
stamps must be signed across the face in ink.
Stamps are required
for hunting any ducks (including seaducks) geese or brant, but not
required for hunting rails, snipe, woodcock or American coot.
Federal stamps are valid July 1 - June 30
Massachusetts stamps are valid Jan. 1 - Dec. 31"

So this doesn't say where they go, just that you need them in your possession.
The MassWildlife Information page is here: http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dfw/dfwrec.htm

And you can ask them questions directly at this email address:
[email protected]

Hope this helps

Also, their Plain Language Summary of the regulations might be helpful:
http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dfw/dfw_plain_language.htm#mig

"Stamps should not obscure the face of the license. When electronic licenses are issued, stamps may be imprinted on the license or on an accompanying form and the person's signature on the license or other form constitutes signature of the stamp."

Another MA hunter

I'm sorry, but I don't know the answer either. But, I wanted to let you know there was at least one other hunter from the Commonwealth.
