Magazine question

I just acquired a Springfield Ultra Compact in 45ACP, and need some mags for it. It's been so long since I've bought mags for a 1911 style anything that I don't even know who builds a good magazine any more. It came with one Kimber, but I'm not married to any brand. I want the 7 rounder, and I want it to function. Any suggestions?

Although I don't think they sell a 7-round compact.
They want them to work.

Checkmate does, and Checkmate makes Colt OEM mags..

For 1911 mags, I will pick a Wilson over any other.

Mec-Gar, Wilson, McCormick, Metalform ... they are all quality mags.

I use McCormick and Metalform because of the cost. They have both been very reliable, I don't ever recall a failure.

I have a half-dozen, but these are from a few years back. They may have stopped production.

Chip McCormick magazines have worked well for me. As a bonus, they are cheaper than the Wilson Combat or Tripp magazines.
