I recently became interested in guns, during the time of thr Covid madness and isolation.
Love mechanics and always worked on custom bikes.
Tinkering with the guns is much on much more convenient scale- sitting at a desk for the most part.
I have several .22 options and what surprises me is that many manufacturers don,t offer last round hold open mechanisms. Yet they practically all warn about dry firing…many agree it,s difficult to keep track of the fired rounds.
I have corrected this issue for all my .22s, simply by making new sticking up followers. I had posted pics of my Astra Cub and AR-7 mag mods in the other threads.
I thread and will gradually add all my mags, perhaps others can contribute as well?
Here,s my most complicated mag for the obscure Witney Wolverine, no problem with feeding even though the shape is drastically different, but the bullet angle remains the same.
