I am thinking about adding a magnifier behind my Monstrum 3-9x32 AO Rifle Scope with Illuminated Range Finder Reticle and Parallax Adjustment. The scope is mounted on my AR 47 carbine but I know little about scopes and noting about magnifiers so I don't even know if it's feasible.

Not feasible. Magnifiers are for red dots that are unmagnified.

You may be able to get a doubler for the objective bell, but they have never made much sense to me. I'd rather just buy a more powerful scope at that point.

People do have scopes boosted but the cost, if feasible on your scope, would be more than the cost of the scope itself.
That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure.
There's really nothing wrong with the scope I have, the pic rails on the upper receiver and on the front guard don't quite line up and straddling the two is the best position for the scope I have. I finally moved the riser to the rear pic rail to get the proper eye relief but the rear of the scope rests almost over the charging handle. I can still get a hold of the charging handle but my middle finger knuckle bumps up against the scope. Guess I'll just have to work around it.
