make model of Yugo SKS 59/66

So I'm filling in the make and model section of my bound book, and I just got a couple of Yugo SKS 59/66 in. Can someone please let me know which part of that is the make and which part is the model? (I'm pretty sure that 59/66 is part of the model, but I don't know about the Yugo or the SKS)

"Yugoslavian" is the make. "SKS, Model 59/66" or "Model 59/66 SKS" is the model.

I put them down as "Yugoslavian M59/66 SKS" in my bound book but I just have one field labeled "make/model".

The manufacturer is "Zastava" and the model is M59/66 (or M59/66A1 if you have the flip-up night sights).
