Make the investment and the commitment to go to laser grips?

I agree with Mr. Hairless. And I would add that CT grips on my 637 make it possible to shoot 6-8" groups off a rest at 50 yards, 2" bbl and all. With the iron sights, I'm lucky to get 1 or 2 out of 5 on paper at that range.

CT grips have limitations, as many have said, not much use in bright daylight. But inside, or outside from dusk to dawn, they are worth the money.

Go with the 442.

The average CCW doesn't spend enough time or money to train to that extent. And with the cost of ammo skyrocketing, I doubt few of us that do will be able to continue to do so. I have no gunfight experience, and I'm willing to bet that you don't either

I do not think that the cost of ammo is an issue with the starter of the thread, looking at the investment into his little collection and the idea of furnishing each with a laser.

If somebody gets an advantage from a laser, fine. I don't and consider it not more than a crutch for the impaired. Training would be the better option.
