Well, I just spent over $100 bucks to upgrade my Surefire 6P.
(That I paid $50.00 bucks for 15 years ago.)

Just ordered:
Surefire Z49 clicker tail-cap for $41 bucks from Optics Planet.
M60L bulb for $63 bucks from Malkoff.

We shall see, I guess?

How do you plan to use it?
Mine replaced a SF E2L as my primary light in my hunting kit bag. I do some support, tracking and recovery during Illinois archery deer season as well as my own hunting. lots of hours slogging creek bottoms and hilly dark timber. The malkoff gives great light and run time.

Wow, those are still pricey. :)

I am running one on a 9P body (2x17500 rechargable Li-ion) with a EO-9 (9V, 380 Lumens) from Lumensfactory on my AR carbine.

Its a great tailcap.

Just normal all-around flashlight stuff.
Wears a Weaver scope ring to go on the CAR-15 if necessary.
It sets on my end table at night and I use it to check the back yard when the dog goes out.

Just seemed like 2X the light with 4 1/2X the battery life was a no-brainer upgrade.

Well the end-cap came from Optics Planet in three days.
Got the Malkoff bulb yesterday.

All I can say is WOW!
This thing is bright!

Also runs on "dead" battery's that wouldn't work at all with the Surefire P60 incandescent bulb. Not nearly as much light, but sure better then no light at all when you least expect the battery's to die.

I see you've spent some time at the ole CandlePowerForums......Congratulations on the Malkoff purchase rcmodel!
