Marlin 1894 .44 Magnum

I've been looking for a pistol caliber carbine for a good truck gun and I've come across a Marlin 1894 .44 Mag at a local pawn shop. I would say it is about 75%. I already reload for this caliber for my pistol. Price tag is $399, but I'm sure I could get it for $350 with a little negotiating. I've researched some and prices really seem to vary online.

Is this a decent price? The gun looks like it's seen some heavy use but not abuse.

2yrs ago I paid about $500.00 for a 99.9% one. I would have paid$350.00 for one in 75% condition if I had came across one.
