Not sure. There are marlins out there that look exactly like a model 60 but use clip typ magazines. But those might go by another model number. You can get a model 60-ish rifle that doesn't have a tube magazine, if that's what you're asking. I just don't know what model number it goes by. There's even one that is a take down version. They used to call it the "papoos".
If you're thinking about buying a 22LR rifle, the ultimate is the browning with a tubular mag in the butstock.
sure, tons, the 795 will be as new, and also the papoose. For older or used, look for 99's, 989, 70, 75, 75c, 99m1's, and many others that employ the exact same action as the 60, and they all kick much AW#%ss, and will feed and work, and be accurate as the mod 60.
