Marlin action tuned

Hi, Picked up a Marlin 30-30 lever action rifle this weekend,Really impressed with the over all looks But the action and sights are not very
Good.
If anyone can help I have Two questions.
Any recommended gunsmiths to smooth up the action ?
Looking at the XS sight system for sights ( Good or Bad ) ?
