marlin cowboy 41mag

I have an opportunity to get a marlin cowboy in 41 mag to go along with my marlin 45/70 cowboy. Its got the octagon barrel and straight stock, with very few rounds through it. I already shoot a 41 revolver so it would be a good fit in my mini collection.

The guy is asking $500, which sounds reasonable for a limited run gun in great condition. Anyone with a blue book or any knowledge of the guns value I would appreciate any insight to what would be a reasonable price.

That is a great price on a great rifle.Usally that rifle goes for over $700 on gunbroker.
