Those in MA should really start securing their automobiles better. Some cretin might steal one of their cars and commit vehicular manslaughter leaving the slovenly legal owner of the car culpable. Justice must be served you know.

So, what happens if a crook breaks into your home, steals a kitchen knife, and uses it in a murder? Is anybody with a kitchen knife now liable? How about a paper weight? Or a pillow used in a suffocation?
