Match Grade Machine Encore Barrels

I recently found this sight when looking for custom Encore barrels:

My two main questions in regards to their barrels are (1)What type of accuracy do they produce? and (2)With large magnum cartridges, such as 416 Remington Magnum and 458 Winchester magnum, in these barrels can you safely shoot full power loads? Thanks fore any input.
 
I have a couple of their barrels, and they produce a quality product.

Accuracy: If accuracy is your top concern, you can request they use a Shilen match grade blank for $50 extra. The quest for accuracy in an Encore can be a frustrating one, but MGM produces a product that is capable if the other factors can be managed.

Strength: The MGM barrels are as strong as any other maker's barrels. The question is if the Encore frame will withstand the repeated beating from a 416 Remington Magnum. I don't know. Given the light weight of the Encore, I suspect the shooter will be the first part to break.
