Mauser Scope Mount

Hey all,

I've got a Brazilian mauser that I am trying to mount some optics on. I don't want to drill it so I bought a weaver rail attachment for the rear sight mount. I am having trouble mounting it though. In my experience, these mounts aren't too good at holding zero. Tighten properly and use loc tite. They are a good way to better evaluate your rifle's accuracy potential on the range without altering the rifle, but I would not trust one for hunting. Just my experience.
