McDonald oral arguments televised?

I didn't see it on SCOTUSBLOG.

Nothing happening yet to see. They don't do this for every single case. The oral arguments today are some pretty run of the mill stuff.

Tomorrow it will be right on the front page if they do the same as they did with Heller.

I hope so.

I'm sure of it. This case has wide reaching implications not even remotely related to firearms, and it will be a case that's studied in law schools for decades to come.

Heller was the same way. From a legal standpoint these are history making cases with vast interest in the legal community. These are like the Super Bowls of law :)

10am-12pm Eastern
The McDonald oral argument is scheduled from 10am EST to 11am EST. Hui v. Castaneda is scheduled to be heard from 11am to 12pm.

One or more opinions are expected to be released at the start of the session tomorrow, which takes a bit of time, so the oral argument will not begin right at 10.

I just read off their website that they don't release the audio's until the courts next term.
That's the general policy, which they do make exceptions for every once in a while for cases with lots of interest. I think the Heller argument audio was released shortly after the argument concluded. But, I haven't heard anything yet about the audio in McDonald being released early.
