Meat Grinder by KitchenAid

I got tired of gadgets and light duty slow grinders a long time ago. I have a 1.5 HP LEM now. I’ve done three elk and five deer with it this year. It grinds as fast as you can feed it. It stuffs faster than you can keep up.

I’ve never looked back.
This is great when you’re not sure you want to keep grinding your own and don’t plan on doing that much anyway. If I ever get to the point where I’m consistently doing it myself and I know I’m gonna have a lot to grind I’ll probably buy a more dedicated grinder.

Agreed,

In my case I process all of my own game meat and that can be between 5 and 10 critters a year. So the math works out for me. Plus it’s quicker and I know what I’m getting from start to finish.

My grinder paid for itself in one season.
