Memorial Day

March 5th,1969 I lost two very good friends: Steve Dundas and Wayne Bernoska were killed in action. My company took 70% casualties.I will never forget them.

Thank you for your Service.

I remember another who was over there in that time frame. I believe he still lives quietly with his wife to this day with his memories stored in the green ammo boxes up in the attic. He may have left the war behind, but it never really left him. But a wonderful friend to be.

What a day.
