My experience with Unique is that a +-.02 or less variation in drops makes very little difference in accuracy unless you are trying to reload very small loads such as .380.
Some time back I did some testing with 9mm loads with Unique. My charges were around 4 grains behind a 124 grain LRN bullet. The +-.02 difference made around a 20-30fps difference in velocity. For your 10 grain drops, I would be willing to bet that it is much lower that that.
For me, this is why Unique is my favorite powder for handgun calibers. You really don't see huge swings in pressure like you do with something like pistol powder (which I still like so I'm not harping on it). It is true that there are powders that meter far better but, once again IMHO, there isn't another powder out there that is as versatile as Unique.
