Please take time to send the following to your congressman and senators. I wrote it so it may be a bit confrontational? But I already sent it to mine and am going to post it on all my forums and urge everyone to send it also. D.C needs a wake up call.Dear ___________
I would urge you to investigate fully the claims being made by the current administration that the Military weapons (IE:Full auto, grenades and rockets) being employed by Mexican cartels are actually coming from our soil. I find this highly unlikely at least in the majority. I will admit perhaps a few do come from here but the majority are likely smuggled in from South America, China or Israel. Bring the heads of BATFE to the hill to testify UNDER OATH about the facts concerning the statements being made concerning this issue. I for one will not tolerate lies and deception from any elected official to justify more anti gun legislation, which never works to curtail crime anyway, and neither will the majority of the American people.
You have to realize by now that most of us want less firearm regulation and more law enforcement where our border is concerned. Build the Wall! That in itself would create many new jobs and stimulate the economy. Train and place more Border Patrol agents to police our borders, again creating yet more jobs and further stimulating the economy!
You may have also taken note of a large number of movements recently calling for revolt and or revolution to oust you all from D.C and start over. While I sympathize with these ideas, I don't believe we are there yet, but the time is fast approaching when we will be. Time is running out for you folks on the hill to straighten this mess out. I urge to speak with your fellows and act quickly on all fronts.
This huge budget in the works should be foremost of the issues. Spending more of our hard earned money on ridiculous earmarks and raises for representatives who are failing in their tasks is not the answer. Cuts of government spending would be a good start. Try that? This society is based on capitalism. Those that work hard succeed while those that don’t try or foolishly govern themselves, their companies and their finances FAIL! Let them! If our auto industry and financial institutions can’t compete on level ground then let them die to be replaced by ones that can. It’s the American Way!!
