Mexico trying to sue AZ.

AnmoAz is the most strict gun store I've ever seen. If they even think you smell like weed, booze, or look high on anything, they won't sell you a gun. They are by the book to the letter.

It's a very successful store/manufacturer, that's probably why they're suing them. They also have a large presence on social media. They are the most well known, and busiest store in AZ. Appears to be a money grab. It's the best store I've ever seen, and the owner is super cool. I hope this doesn't impact them.

Didn't the US courts shut this down, or is this a new attempt?
A prior suit against manufacturers was dismissed. This is against firearms retailers, and Mexican interests are represented by an Austin firm called Shadowen PLLC and a DC attorney, Jonathan Lowy, of Global Action on Gun Violence. Shadowen PLLC represented Mexico against the manufacturers, and the contract filed with Sec of State indicates fees of 50 percent of normal rate and $1M per year until case concluded, causing me to surmise that the whole thing is fueled by anti 2A interests and isn't likely to conclude anytime soon. Even if booted by the court, the appeals game keeps the fees coming.
