Go there. Read. Vote.

Visit your family. Email your friends. Call your neighbors.

Make them do the same thing. Tell them who to vote for. Many people have no clue and vote for the person whose name they hear the most. Make sure they year your candidate's name.

This year's election is very close in many key races. We have out of state animal rights wackos trying to take our dove hunting season away. We have a chance to get rid of Debbie "ban .30-.30" Stabenow. But it is going to take every single vote we can get.

Barbara, it sounds like MI and WI are in the same situation.

Good luck to you. We've all come too far to lose.

Best of luck to you over there, too.

I figure the worst that can happen here is we stay the same. We can only go up here. :)

The opponents to dove hunting claim it's only for target shooting. They haven't googled the thousands of recipes for dove. I'm warming up the grill.

It looks like we'll have mild weather in MI on voting day. I am hoping for a really nasty rain/snow/wind mix. Only hunters and republicans will venture forth on a day like that.

vote early, vote often.

Regards.

I spent another 8 hours at Cabelas on Sunday.

We're going to lose this one, folks.

Hopefully, it will wake people up. I doubt it, but we'll see.

I agree with Barbara. The Dove thing is gonna lose. Too many people have migrated to Michigan from elsewhere over the last few years. City folk. They don't hunt and they believe the song bird/target practice ads. Wing shooter #'s have diminished since the great pheasant lands of the '50's and '60's got built up into the 'burbs.
We can only hope that Sen. Lenin's handmaiden will be defeated.
