Michigan - can now borrow posses others handgun with CPL

Without getting into the entire registration issue, seem like a step in the right direction. At least with a CPL you can now legally posses someone else's handgun as long as it is registered (to someone).

Suppose it is a small step in the right direction, doesnt help me much though since I still cant legally borrow one of my dads handguns. Since im only 19 not old enough for ccw.
