Known problem, a little researching would show they have, well, not quite a recall, but a level of awareness of the problem.
Call magnum research, they will get it taken care of.

I wouldn't call that a KB as much as a defect.A KB to me is when something fails with more spectacular results.
I still wouldnt have no problem buying a ME,even tho i like the Sig 238 better.
