I saw one of these stg556's at a gun show a little while back and i really liked it, the only thing was the trigger was awful. Just a few days ago i saw a kit to help reduce friction and from what i read it helps a good bit.
Now i have had ak's and sks's and other fun range guns but i never really had a reason for having them and ended up selling them to buy more target oriented rifles and pistols.
If i was to buy one of these what can i expect in terms of accuracy? reviews have said 1-2" at 100 yards witch is ok, but is it capable with trigger work abd reloads to get closer to MOA? like a target AR would.
I know for the money i could get a better shooting AR but i dont want a target AR at the moment.

The STG 556 isn't a target gun and isn't meant to be. You're not going to be able to make the gun shoot as well as, say a White Oak gun built for shooting service rifle, or a JP CTR-2 meant for 3 Gun.

That said, the accuracy of them should be perfectly serviceable for most applications, including your average 3 gun match.
