Click through to this link...it is my report from the US NRA Annual Meeting show last May...it's only 33% the size of the SHOT show but certainly big in its own right. It will give you an idea of what is shown at exhibitions in the US. THis isn't typical of "gun shows" though where it is mostly local dealers with guns for sale...this is much more like what you went to where the booths are populated by manufacturers and distributors.

12/70 is the european designation for the U.S.12 ga. 12/70 = 12ga x 70mm case length.

That would be the designation for a 12 gauge with a 2-3/4" chamber.

This difference is that this show is much more like the SHOT show or the NRA Convention ... manufacturers showing their wares vs "local dealers" selling ratty old Remchesters thrown out on a table.

Even the Indy 1500 doesn't compete from the "gee gaw" sense...just can't beat the corporate booths and what they display.

This Show is not for every body. But every bady interested could visit it.
And like some weapon are rob. It's better like this.
Thank's a lot for the link. It's a dream to see my country with a show like this one. Your NRA is realy powerfull. Here we have some respect since a trouble in presidential election in 2002. But we are not organised like you. But we could vote in a sens and we could make the difference our ennemy (BAN GUN SUPPORTER) know this. But they hate us more since this date.

IAMKRIS have the good answer during this show many military forces, police officer, government, security group come for sign big contract and take contact for futur equipment of army and police forces.
Many big company are here for business competition.
This is why you have weapons, balistic protection, vehicles, amunitions, shooting simulator, gears, etc...
