Carbine Rifle Train Up for Military Personnel.
December 27, 2005 (Tuesday) 10:00hrs until late afternoon (4-5 hours of training)
Cost $25 to cover the range rental. Otherwise our Staff's time is FREE.
Location: West Branch Gun Club,Princeton, MN
In support of our U. S. Military Personnel TheDefensiveEdge.com the home of SLR15 Rifles is offering a Training Day on Tuesday December 27, 2005 at our home based range in Princeton, MN. Training is open to all current serving U. S. Military Personnel that are home on leave from overseas, or are going to be deployed soon overseas.
We know there will be many that wish to attend whether they are currently deployed or not, space is limited so we ask all that wish to attend to be honest in signing up and save space for those that are currently home on leave or about to deploy only attend. We will repeat this training on another day for all other personnel that are not currently on leave or about to deploy that wish to attend. This is not a beginners course so we will treat you as Professional Weapons Handlers.
Topics covered:
*Foundations that will include strenths and weakness in bladed and modern combat stances.
*Malfunctions & Transitional Work.
*Maintenance Issues.
*Conventional Positional (traditional prones, kneeling, sitting)
*Unconventional Positions (prones, kneeling, supine, rollovers, rollups, squatting)
*360-Degree Movement
*360-Degree Environment Issues
*360-Degree Engagements
If you have a rifle and pistol please bring them. We will happily supply rifles and handguns with pre-arrangements only. We will shoot 200rds rifle and 30rds pistol, please supply ammo if you have it or can bring it.
We realize that it is Minnesota in the winter and it will be cold. Please dress for the warmth. We will have a large bonfire, coffee, soda, and hotdogs on site.
Pre-Registration is required, and we will have a hot link to register on-line as soon as our Webmaster can post it.
