miller case being heard

hi all,im new to this ,im from new mexico and i want to tell you guys that miller is being challenged,a friend of mine is a federal public defender,and is defending a case of a sbr in the 10th circuit court,and if he wins you guys wont hear it on cnn!,so if he wins the case the nfa act of 34 will be invalid,and all the others will be too,our goverment has been using sbrs since the turn of the century,alot of shotguns were shortys ,and us as a standing militia are to be supplied the same weopons as our great troops do,ALL weapons accept crew served weapons,and of course 16 judges will be hearing the case,but they are sworn to up hold the constitution,but as you all know so many of them have commited felonies by not upholding it,and yes there are some people that should not have auto weapons,but the law of the land says yes,even felons upon serving their time ,all rights are restored,even the right to keep and bear arms,and yes again there are some that should not,but thats they way it was set forth a long time ago, i know i will get some negitive comments ,but thats ok ,we all are losing rights everyday,and even my tree hugging friends are starting to worry!,we left england more than 200 years ago for less,and now there is nowhere else to go,i know that im not alone in this great struggle,history does repeat itself,so cross your fingers and as soon as i hear what happens i will let as MANY people know as possible,thank you

Please provide a link to the case so we can follow it as it unfolds.

Why am I doubtful that the nfa is going to be overturned by a public defender, especially after Raich v Gonzalez. Unless this isnt an Interstate Commerce case....

It posts more info now or it gets the hose.
