    Fella's;

    Yesterday I got my new Milt Sparks Exec's Companion holster. It was ordered on the second of August, 2012. Six months & two days later it arrived. I did know that it was gonna take awhile to arrive, but I gotta admit I was gettin' itchy there at the end.

    However, my old holster was up to the job of filling in, wasn't worried about that anyway. You see, my old holster is also a Milt Sparks Exec's Companion. It only lasted for seventeen years in daily use, and was obviously very comortable doing it.

    I'll just put the new pup in the box overnight with the old dog, and not expect any break-in problems at all.

    A lot of daily use cars don't last 17 years. That's a good enough testimony for me.

    Glad you like your new one (and survived the wait!!).

    One of these days I may have to upgrade to one of these new designs. I got my Milt Sparks Summer Special as a factory second (crack in the leather covering the metal around the mouth) back in the late 70s for $12

    Had to give up using it regularly when I started developing lower back problems

    Been using the summer specials since they were introduced.....my EDC's may have changed over the years, but not the holsters.
