Mini-14: Crooked gas block?

I went to install my Ultimak rail on my second Mini-14. However, when I was done, I noticed the gas block causes the rail to be canted at least 10 degrees! I have had this gun for 2 years. It shoots fine. However, it makes the Ultimak rail very unuseable with that type of tilt. I would imagine Ruger does not make any promises about this as far as warrantee is concerned.

Is there anything I can do?

(I can't buy an AR - I live in occupied Kali)

Don't imagine what Ruger will guarantee. Ask them. They may surprise you. The worst they can do is say no.
