I wanted to ask is the Ruger M14 legal to buy in California ? and if so is the 5 round mag the only legal magazine ?
 
I agree thats why i'am curious as to it's legal status . I can't believe that silly ab962 handgun ammo law passed . Thanks to Arnold
 
I believe a 10 rounder is legal, but you might ask that question at the Calguns forum.
