Just took delivery and there are a couple of small spots where the finish is chipped off right out of the box. What is this press made of, will it rust if not coated? Wouldn't even pay attention to them normally, but one is smack in the middle staring at me when I'm in front of the press! Any color match to auto paint, or does Lee sell paint?

I don't have my Loadmaster any longer but if I am not mistaken they're cast aluminum so rust won't be a problem. Sorry, but I can't help you with the paint, do a search on LEE paint on this forum because I think I recall something about matching the paint in an old post.

It was the "Lee Pheonix Press" thread. A guy did the paint on one that had been in a fire with red Krylon. Either the brush on or spray type would work, so long as it's not the latex based. If I recall correctly, Krylon comes in either Banner Red or Cherry Red. I believe Banner Red is the lighter, and closer to Lee, of the two,but I'm not sure.
