Nice shooting!
A friend bought a stainless BT99 when they first came out. He asked if I wanted to shoot it, of course I did..... I ran 25 with it at practice. I can say that I never missed with a BT99.
My dad shot an old model BT with the beaver tail fore end, but he had a release trigger in it, so I never shot it.
Love your pictures, that is a familiar sight. Nice to see there are some still some good old boys in the sport.
I thought they called the stainless vesion a BT100...but I see yours is blue.

the BT-100 came in SS and blue, and you can remove the whole trigger assembly(like the K guns) and it has a adjustable trigger and you can turn the auto ejector on or off. i have over 30,000 rounds thru it with out a FTF-FTE with factory and reloads. 34" ported barrel with invecta plus chokes and adjustable comb, works for me. eastbank.

I can recognize the Model 12 and your BT99 but the Over and Under escapes me. Great shooting!!

I wish more young guys would start competing in whatever event they choose, its a lot of fun.

I would be hard to live with if I broke 25 straight at trap. I don't know if it is my gun or me, but trap kicks my butt. I only shoot sporting clays or skeet a few times a year but run 70% on clays and about 92%-95% on skeet. I won't even tell you what I get on trap.

As long as it is fun and you get to pull a trigger, all is good. One of these days all will be but a memory.

Just one target at a time, man. Keep your head on the wood. Concentrate on what youre doing.
It's easy just don't miss any.
Lol

citori with a adjustable comb installed, model 12 is a 1928 with a 30" solid rib barrel. and straight stock. eastbank.

Had our second night of league yesterday. Strong winds from back and front alternating. Thought I had it nailed but missed #25, then missed #1. I'll take a 48. Kidding around at the club I said I had added all my patches (quit collecting them a few years ago) for 25, 50, 75, and 100 together and had a run of 5200 without a miss. Of course that's over 51 years of shooting and I'd hate to see the total of my misses.

Well done eastbank, it's all about enjoying yourself.
Nice collection Armored farmer, I shoot a M12 when I shoot trap also. Mostly a skeet shooter over the years though.

Well done, Eastbank! Never could come close to that at trap, no matter the gun. Almost always shot over the top of the clay, and I worked for two years pulling and setting trap and skeet as a teenager at Roberts' Shooting Park in Elkhorn NE a long time ago. It is now the site of a community college. Sigh...

I preferred skeet with an 870 12 gauge 26" IC barrel but I never came close to 48 out of 50 clays, and that was in the old days when I could shoot well. I used to pride myself on being able to consistently hit a high house bird at station 4 using one (right) arm, and it was possible because one cannot stop the gun using only one arm once one starts the swing. One just had to get out in front of the bird. It was a stunt but it was great fun as a teenager. Just reminiscing.

Kudos, Sir!

Jim

I've got a BT99 also with the adjustable stock, however I do believe I've got the 32" barrel, and guess what, I shot a 96/100 and never got a 25/25 in all 4 rounds 1st round missed the 1st bird, 2nd round missed the 25th bird, the next two rounds I missed 1 bird, in each set of 25. Never have hit 100/100, but did get 25/25 and 50/50. BTW that is my best shooting in my 70 years of life, so I doubt I'll ever see 100/100 without divine intervention.

i also think 100-100 is out for me at 73 as i just plain get tired and lose constration, but i keep trying as no matter how i shoot i enjoy it and the good friends i shoot with. eastbank.

Good shooting sir. Keep at it. Its nice to see a good old model 12 in the mix too.
