Missed Out At Starline

So I've been saving up for a few weeks to put an order in for some new .44 Mag brass since I don't have very much. Finally got enought saved up and check the website today, their status changed to Not Available/No Backorder now. It could still be ordered on backorder 3 days ago when I last checked. Rats just missed out this time. This is the first time that the panic buy has really hindered me.
 
Good luck with your order. It can be weeks before they start another run of that caliber. These days you see what you want for sale - then beg, steal or borrow to get it while you can :)
 
How much were you looking for? If you just want 100 or so cases as a get over I can send you some. They will be clean, mixed manufacturer and need de primed and sized. I don't want anything for them as in free gratis. Just let me know ASAP as I go out of town for a week starting on Tuesday.

Brad at Missouri Bullet Company sells Starline brass for the .44 mag and .45LC might check with him. But its nice to see Ron offer up some too.:)

I've had some brass on order with them for a few months. States "NEXT RUN WHEN SUFFICIENT BACKORDER ACHIEVED".

They didn't clarify what that means when I asked. At least it's not something I really need/want right away... yet.

Try contacting Starline about when they will start accepting orders for 44 Magnum. I contacted them about the same problem with 357 Magnum. They gave me a heads up when they were taking new orders. I got on their website and got my order in. A couple of days later it was back to no backorder. Be patient and keep checking. Starline is the best handgun brass out there, and the least expensive too.
 
Yes was planning to give Starline a call come Tuesday and see what the word is on their end.

And Ron, I sent you a message. I do need a few pieces to hold me over.
 
Got the PM and I'll get 100 or so pieces out tomorrow morning. Sent a PM back your way. Size them and clean them for loading. Oh yeah, before I forget, make sure you look them over. There may be a few .44 S&W SPL pieces in there.

Check Missouri Bullet Company. They list it for the same price as Starline. Their back log on orders is a bit rough though.
 
Just an update, my 44 Mag brass showed up from MBC today. If you're looking, they're probably the fastest.
