All I can say is, Wow. What great service.
Placed a small order on Friday 4-24 (500 of one bullet type, and 2 100 bullet sample packs.) Came home from work on Monday, and there they were!
No idea how they do that!
Upon opening the box, I discovered loose bullets all throughout. One sample bag was torn open, and the 500 piece box was ripped. (I then realized the main/outer shipping box had been ripped open and re-taped.) After separating the bullets, I discovered I only would up with 83 of the 500 bullets. I called that evening and left a message with Jo-Anne(?) on her answering machine to explain what happened. (Business was closed at that hour).
I checked my e-mail this morning and saw confirmation of another shipment of the 500 bullet package was on it's way.....!
No questions asked, and obviously the fault of the post office.
Customer for life!

Yep, that is the service that most of us have experienced time and time again.

Brad & JoAnne are good people... And to think that this was their retirement gig! :D:D

That's the only place I buy my cast bullets from. Order with confidence from them.

Started in January 2007 by the Alperts as an
experiment in hopes the business would supplement
their retirement, Missouri Bullet already has expanded
twice, with another expansion planned.

Like how this article says the business was to supplement their retirement. And this article was from 2009.

The American dream is still attainable, just got to have the right vision, at the right time. :)

Love hearing stuff like this. I'll soon be a customer, looking to pickup some cast .38 & .45 bullets shortly to feed my rapidly growing addiction to reloading.

It has been said already but MBC is great to do buisiness with. If there is an issue they make it right. I have shot lots of thier lubed bullets but lately have switched to the coated ones. No problems with the lubed ones, just like the coated better.

With lighter bullets (9mm/.357) they can ship up to 3000 in a MFRB.
I usually get 1500 of one flavor (3 of thier boxes dumped into 2 - 9mm) and then 500each of another flavor. (9 and .45 or .45 and .45)

They get all of my lead bullet business. Even during the draught these guys were still cranking out and shipping bullets.
