I ordered 2000 9mm 124 gr. "Small Balls" from Missouri Bullet on July 5.

Got them today. Same excellent quality as usual. They run real well in my M&P 9c.

Pretty good service I'd say.

And they do offer a THR discount!

I ordered some in May....

What am I missing? I ordered some bullets in May and the web site does record that, but I have not received anything to date. The web site pretty much does a squash on any attempt to contact or inquire. Any suggestions?:uhoh:

Tolkachi - If what you ordered is an item that is on the shelf or commonly ordered it ships sooner, as they don't have to make a special run. Also, if you order a box each of 4 different items it will probably take longer since the order has to wait until all have been made. I would give them another week or two before contacting. As the website tells you, they are up to their armpits in alligators and can't stop to drain the swamp.

From the e-mail I received, they can only make 25,000 bullets of a given type in a week. They obviously have more orders than that, thus the backorder. I received my Softball bullets from them this week after a 7+ week wait. They are my first from MBC and I can't wait to load them up. Definitely a quality product.

My order shipped according to e-mail received today.

It was my first order from them. There were three boxes of different bullets and two diameters. I suppose a box at a time would clear faster. I hope every piece of brass I sized, belled, and primed is correct and will work...

You might go ahead and e-mail them. I usually order 4 boxes at a time to get the most out of shipping. Hopefully they will get caught up soon.

Yeah I find that ordering 4 of the same or 2 of two different types of bullets usually gets your order faster. And for those that are not so common there still can be a substantial wait for them. But thre good news is that things are turning around, slowly but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel as far as reloading components at least.

Came today, look good.

I put some together, hope they work well. Would really like the $6 or $7 per box of 50 cost compared to price in store if they have any...

My uncle ordered sunday, got confirmation on monday, bullets arrived today. Seems like they are getting back into the old habit.
But what was ordered? If it's something that's commonly in stock they say they ship much sooner.

shake down your tire shop for wheel weights and cast bullets
buy your powder in 8# jugs
Buy tula primers

then you are looking at $1.70/box handgun ammo!

I'm sure they were commonly stocked. But its also the same bullet that we waited six weeks on in February. So, like I said, things are getting better.

For what its worth I just talked to Brad the other day, they have ran into countless issues getting the new building and shop up and running. The building was supposed to be done, filled with equipment, and cranking out bullets, weeks ago. Its no where near that point.

"I am wondering how a member of THR marks his order to get the members discount? Lj1941"

All orders are processed on-line. During the check out there is a block to inter your 'discount code'.

Very soon after submitting the order, you will receive an email listing each item ordered - Price, Qty, Discount, Subtotal, Tax and Total.

I like their products and the people are very nice.
My last order, two very nice young men carried my order out to my car for me. I was very appreciative. One of my granddaughters lives 4 1/2 miles, per GPS, from their facility.

My last order was in April. Took about 4 weeks, just as they said it would.
Happy to hear that they are getting back to their old "order on Monday, receive on Wednesday" routine.

For my money, they are the best in the business. I've been buying from them for several years, and look forward to doing so for as many years as my old hands can pull a handle...or as long as the EPA stays out of the lead-regulating business. :(
