Missouri bullets

Loading Missouri 140 gr. lead bullet in 40 caliber. Can not find powder charges in my Lee , Speer or Lyman manuals. Contacted Alliant and Hodgdon ,they have no data on Missouri lead bullets. Have several different brands of powder . Bullseye , HP-38, Universal, Titegroup, Red and Blue dot , Power pistol , etc. Any suggestions on a powder charge for this bullet ?

I referenced 2004 Alliant and 1999 Winchester load data for MBC 40S&W bullets.
