My last ammo run was for 1000 rds each 45acp and 40S&W,and 500rds of 380,all Miwall reloads.I couldn't shoot so much without them...Good ammo, pleaseant people to deal with...I highly recommend them... :D

Shipping might be a bit much from your location, you might also try CheaperthanDirt...

Been using it since 1991. .38, .357, .45ACP, .45Colt, and 9mm.

Never any problems. I use more S&B now, but still use the Miwall in .45Colt.

I don't know if they make sense for East Coast buyers due to freight.

....duh, should've checked the shipping before I asked... the $20 shipping to PA kinda' kills the deal, but thanks for the responses!

Miwall is local to me and I tend to stock up at the annual warehouse sale. The reloaded stuff is fine for plinking, it's on the low powered side but shoots just fine out of everything I've used it in and never a failed round. The annual sale was last weekend and I filled my motorcycle trunk so much that it got a bit squirrely in the corners heading home. :)

For plinking, general practice, the stuff rocks.
cheap, i've never had a FTF, it's awesome
it is however, as someone said "underpowered", but fine for about everything.
go for it
the cheaper it is, the more you can shoot.

I have used their new and reloaded 10mm.I had a case rupture when using a reload. It blew the mag out about an inch, both hands were sore the next day.

A late batch of their 124gr 9mm wouldn't cycle a Glock 17 - too underpowered. This gun has very few rounds through it, so the recoil spring is still very fresh.

The same batch works OK in an HK and a CZ. I haven't chrono'd it, but you can feel the recoil difference between it and factory new ammo.

An old batch of .40 had several oversized rounds that wouldn't fully chamber. Smack the rear of the slide into battery and they fired fine.

If cheap is your main concern it's OK. I'll spend the extra for Blazer Brass, S&B, Winchester White Box, or similar... Until I get my press set up, that is.

I'm a huge fan of their 124gr 9mm FMJ reloads.

My observations:
- Mostly Winchester cases, though with some Speer, Federal, and Remington mixed in.
- All Winchester powder.
- All Winchester primers.
- All Remington bullets.
- Reloadable brass cases.
- Lower price than Wolf.
- Cleaner than other cheap ammo.
- More reliable and consistent than Wolf and other cheap stuff.
- Not only made in the US by a small business, but made in California. I like supporting California-based gun businesses.

Even with $20 shipping, it's probably one of the better deals you can get. Also, if you buy in bulk from Outdoor Marksman, they combine shipping, thus reducing the cost. If you buy more than a hundred or so pounds of ammo (of which I am frequently guilty of), they can ship it UPS Ground Freight, which is quite inexpensive for quantity buys.

I've had no problem with feeding, reliability, or being underpowered. If they could make loads with Gold Dot bullets, I'd use them in my carry gun. Yes, they're THAT good.
