MO whitetail 15 pointer!

    Been hunting for years, but only got does. This year all that changed!
    Non-typical 15 point taken with my scroungy wz29 polish mauser w/k4 weaver.
    The wind was with me, took the shot within 20 yards, and he ran maybe 10 yards then dropped. I was shaking like a leaf!

    wow - congrats on the beautiful deer. He looks to be an older one with that huge neck and the roman nose. well done!

    Who says milsurps can't do it?! Nice to get so close to one, regardless of what you took him with.

    If I saw something like that around here, I'd be shaking, too.

    Now that's a nice one. Congrats to you. If it were not for the blood, I would have guessed a heart attack. I'll bet he's produced a lot of dandy sons.

    After that score, I would NEVER refer to that rifle as "Scroungy" again!
